My name is Jerry Johnson
My name is Jerry Johnson, and I am the owner of TBR Drafting & Design based in Zwolle, Louisiana. I am an ICC-Certified Building Official, a Louisiana-licensed residential/commercial contractor, a designer, and a full-service drafting professional specializing in custom home plans, remodels, additions, shops, and light commercial projects across Northwest Louisiana.
With more than 2 decades of hands-on construction. From Industrial, Residential construction and inspection sevices, I bring a level of detail and accuracy to my drawings that comes from truly understanding how homes are built in the field. Every plan I create is designed to meet all current Louisiana State Uniform Construction Code (LSUCCC) requirements, including the 2021 IRC, 2021 IECC, NFPA 101, NEC, and all Louisiana state amendments.
